Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Marchling and the menu (top right).
2. Choose Your data.
3. At the bottom, choose Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.

It happens at once. Before you go, you can take everything with you: Your data → Download my data.

Without the app

Write to privacy@marchling.com from the email your hero is bound to, asking us to delete your account. We'll delete it within 30 days and tell you when it's done. If you write from another address, we'll ask you to confirm from the one your hero is bound to, so nobody can delete someone else's hero.

What's deleted

Everything: your sign-in (email and password), your hero with their gear, gold and journal, your steps, sleep and weight, your banner, your friends and your place in your guild and league, your chat lines, your duels, your Exchange listings, and your crash reports' link to you. Nothing is kept afterwards. It can't be undone.

If you lead a guild, the longest-serving member carries the banner on; if you were its last member, it closes.

Coming back

You can make a new account with the same email at any time: choose New Journey on the title screen. Your new hero starts from the beginning.
